One of our chefs, Adam Stoyko, and his mother Lorraine who lives in Vegreville, have put together a delicious plate of traditional Ukrainian dishes for your dining pleasure.
Every Thursday, please join us for a plate of potato & cheddar pyrogys with sautéed onion and sour cream, Widynowski’s garlic sausage, your choice of sweet holubtsi (cabbage rolls) in tomato sauce or sour cabbage rolls in cream sauce, along with a cup of Adam’s home-made borscht with dill sour cream.
